Ms Susan Tan assists Mrs Alice Tan before and after passing her bar course in Singapore. She graduated with a Juris Doctor Law Degree (with merit) from the Singapore Management University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Merit) from the National University of Singapore, before she gained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies with Honours in Accounting and Financial Studies from the University of Exeter in the UK.

Before she decided to pursue a legal career, Susan taught English and English Literature at the secondary school level after training in NIE. With her accounting qualifications, Susan has worked as an executive officer in the Accounts Department of a local SME where she also assisted in resolving queries on the Goods and Services Tax for clients and operations staff.

Susan received legal training in areas such as criminal defence, matrimonial proceedings and in wills and probates, some conveyancing and personal accident matters. Her passion for law is to assist Mrs Alice Tan in diverse areas to provide laymen with easy and reasonably low cost for access to justice, in line with her Christian faith.
